ALL ITEMS ARE SHIPPED PRIORITY VIA USPS. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

We ship both locally to the United States and to many countries worldwide.
SHIPPING TIMES
- Our current processing time for orders is 1-3 business days.
- Delivery time within the United States is within 5 business days and 7-21 days for international orders.
- Shipping times may vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors. Times are estimated, not guaranteed.
- We do not offer express/overnight shipping at this time.
- You can track your delivery using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
- Be sure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is correct and complete, as this may delay the shipment of your order.
- Physiq Fitness Co. will not be liable for any errors in shipment addresses provided by the customer.
- Please note: We are not responsible for deliveries that may be affected by, but not limited to, the following: customs, natural occurrences, air/ground transportation strikes or delays, transfers from USPS to international mail carriers, or delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
TRACKING INFORMATION
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number for you to monitor your shipment.
- If you have not received a tracking number after 3 business days, please check your junk/spam inbox first, then contact us at admin@physiqfitnessco.com.
- Shipping confirmation emails are sent to the email address you provide at checkout, so be sure the email address you enter is correct.
